Abstract :

Islam, as the most comprehensive divine school, has always been interested in enlightening the members of the society, and in this direction, by explaining the issues raised in the society, it has formed the intellectual system of Islam. The topic has been taken into consideration as it has been discussed in many verses of the Holy Quran and the traditions of the Prophets, peace be upon them. Therefore, considering the importance of this topic in forming an intellectual system and proving the value of women in the Islamic school, it is necessary to address this issue by examining Islamic sources. For this article, by examining the verses of the Holy Quran about women with a descriptive and analytical method, Zain compares the position of women before and after Islam, and aims to explain the value of women in the Islamic religion, and finds evidence of insignificance. Desecration and lack of attention to women in the nations before Islam and attention to the value of women after the advent of Islam with examples such as the effective role of women in the consolidation and stability of society, the equality of women and men in Islamic thought, Islam's special view of women with legal legislation Get specific about them and advice on how to deal with women.
