Explaining the effects of vitality on the realization of the components of a slow city in Qazvin using the IAHP model

Abstract :

The current research is descriptive-analytical in nature and applied in terms of objective, which has been carried out qualitatively and quantitatively, and the collection of information has been done in the form of library, field and questionnaire, and the considered analytical model of hierarchical analysis has been improved. To measure the importance of each of the components, questionnaires were compiled and completed by 30 experts in this field, and then the weights of the criteria were calculated by the AIHP model and Expert Choice software. According to the analysis, quality of life criteria were calculated with a weighted average of 0.133 as the first priority, safety and security as 0.129 as the second, environmental quality as the third as 0.126, and flexibility as the fourth as 0.122. The results show that Qazvin city has problems such as the intersection of dilapidated texture with historical texture and population density, lack of some infrastructural facilities, favorable city atmosphere, vitality, uses appropriate to the area, accessibility, which cause the decline of vitality and quality of the urban space. The question of this project, what are the effective solutions for the realization of slow city with regard to vitality in Qazvin city? Is considered. In this regard, according to the limitations of each region, solutions such as identification, supply and distribution of services and usage, trust building, tissue structure modification, garden protection, safety and security should be provided for the city.
