Abstract :

The main purpose of this study is to investigate strategies to motivate students, because one of the problems of education systems around the world is academic failure, and our society loses billions of rials of the country's capital annually, and given that traditional methods and Without the flexibility of the past, it has a lot to do with this, and considering that acquiring new sciences and technologies is possible through the use of new teaching methods, and the teacher has a key role in achieving this goal, so knowing the teacher and discovering his needs and motivating factors It can cause the dynamism and growth of the learning system and the efficiency of the education system due to the effectiveness of the new teaching process. In this article, which has been compiled in a review manner and with reference to library resources, we try to get acquainted with the concept of motivation and its impact on students' learning, to find out how to motivate them.
