Abstract :

The present study, which aims to investigate the effect of transformational leadership on prosperity with emphasis on the mediating role of organizational pride (Case study: staff of the General Department of Education in Bushehr Province) was one of the survey research. The statistical population of the present study was 250 employees of the General Department of Education of Bushehr province who were selected through simple random sampling of 152 people. Data collection tools in this study were Transformational Leadership Questionnaires by Arian Bass and Olivier (2000), Shokoofai Soleimani et al. (2015) and Organizational Honor Nouri et al. (2017). Data were analyzed using Smart PLS software. Findings showed that transformational leadership has an effect on prosperity and each of its components, ie positive emotions, relationships, meaning and employee development, meaning that the more transformational and its components are among managers, the more employee prosperity. Also becomes more. Also, transformational leadership has an effect on organizational honor and each of its components, namely the attitude, behavior and emotions of employees, which means that the more transformational and its components are among managers, the more organizational pride of employees. The general conclusion of the study showed that by strengthening and implementing transformational leadership in the General Department of Education of Bushehr Province, we can help increase the prosperity and organizational pride of employees.
