Abstract :
development-oriented organization models are highly context-based and are dependent on the specific culture of each society, the present study therefore sought to identify and rank the components of development-oriented organization in government agencies in Iran. For this purpose, qualitative research was used from the beginning and 22 experts and organizational development experts were selected based on theoretical purposeful sampling method and then based on extracted components, fuzzy AHP was used for ranking. Data collection tools included open interviews as well as Delphi techniques. In addition, inductive content analysis method was used to analyze the obtained data. The findings of this study showed that the most important components of a development-oriented organization are leadership, resources, key strategic pillars, operational systems and support processes, utility mechanisms, rewards, attitude to change, products and services, outcomes and outcomes, measurement And evaluation, market and organizational culture. Among the identified components of management index and dynamic organizational services are the highest priority for development of media organizations.
