Abstract :
As the judgement and deside making is one of the most sensitive organizations managers duties in different action areas, knowiong the process, structure, tools and properties of decisions for guiding and making connection in organization has a very important value. Life in all the organizations need judgement, decide making and different and continuous solutions. It is clear that and defect in this area, result in poor decitions that have dangerous effects for community. On the other hand, in the organizations any person has special characteristics the relates only to that person, like different senses, values, attitudes, needs and motives, that affects on their judgement and performance. Therefore, pay attention to the people orientation is one of the most important bases that can increase the organizational and personal aims and quality and services production by knowing and keeping them. According to the importance of jugement pattern knowing and persons orientation types, in this present of research, it was tried to study the concentrations of values and cultures and judgement patterns as a human behaviour basis because this knowing can make comperative benefits for organization and help them in bringing, keeping and giving services to the customers
