Investigating and Prioritizing the Effective Factors on Empowerment of Pars-Ceram Tiling Staff in Damavand Region

Abstract :
Today, organizations need to have some special features such as: customer-orientation, high flexibility, transparency, continuous improvement, and more. In order to achieve such characteristics, organizations must empower their most important source of human resources. The present study seeks to prioritize and prioritize the factors affecting the empowerment of staff at A factory and draw a scientific framework for protecting human resources and increasing productivity.The statistical population of the study consisted of all employees of A factory in Qarchak city of Tehran province with 470 people. The statistical sample was 211 people based on Cochran formula. This is an applied research and is descriptive and survey based on the data collection method. In order to analyze the data, exploratory analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and t test of a community, or t, is a sample using spss and lisrel software.Of the four components, there is a strong emphasis on empowerment in providing effective feedback and feedback, but the two components of information management and parity management have a very small effect on empowerment and there is no significant relationship
