Abstract :

The purpose of this study was the relationship between job motivation and creativity with the professional performance of Jahrom teachers. The research method was Descriptive- correlational type and the population of study was all teachers of Jahrom in 2014-2015 academic year. Based on Stratified random sampling, 150 teachers were selected. The instruments of this study were Paterson jab performance, Esmi creativity and Hekman and Aldeham jab mitivation questionnaires. Results revealed that there is positive and significant relationship between the dimensions of failure tolerance, accepting ambiguity, encourage, accept and tolerate conflict (dimensions of creativity) with professional performance. Also the dimensions of accepting ambiguities encourage and external control was predictive power of professional performance. The results showed that between the dimensions of job motivation, there is positive and significant relationship between diversity of skills, job identity, jab significance, autonomy and feedback with the professional performance. Also the two the dimensions of job skill variety, and feedback could predict professional performance power. Finally Results showed a significant and positive correlation between job motivation and professional performance.
