Quality midwifery services with respect to its direct connection to the health of women, girls and infants is very important Therefore, this study aimed to design a model for job performance ranking midwives provide prenatal care in health centers in Kerman province was conducted. The statistical population consists of all certified experts evaluate the University of Medical Sciences Kerman Province in 2015, 15 Person has been chosen. The convenient sampling method all the experts were chosen as the members of sample, Experts have Determined importance of each criterion against other criteria in a questionnaire based the scale Pair wise and data have been analyzed by AHP in the Expert Choice 11 software. Based on the findings of ranking the quality of educational services the maximum weight of the criterion of "Measuring the height of the uterus", "weight control", "physical examination", "attention to warning signs, '' physical ability and fitness", "BP", "auscultation of fetal heart rate," "determine the probable date of birth" and "understanding and application of experience" were respectively the highest weight among the criteria.
