Abstract :
The aim of this research was Strategic Analysis the Entrepreneurship-based employment system of Graduates Sport Sciences in Azad University and provide appropriate strategies. The research method was descriptive-analytical. The statistical population consisted of experts and knowledgeable about the employment of sport science graduates of Azad University. The statistical population consisted of professors, managers and experts in the field of education and employment of Azad University graduates of sport sciences. The sample of the study was 46 people. Research tools included library study, interview, questionnaire and Delphi. Content validity of the instruments was evaluated by experts and its reliability was assessed by Cronbach's alpha method. Swat method was used to analyze the findings. The 61 strategic components identified included strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. These components were categorized into six perspectives - structural and managerial, support and services, educational and scientific, information and communication, industry and market and individual and behavioral. Most components were related to educational and scientific perspectives (15 components) and threats (17 components). The evaluation matrix showed that the strategic position was in the area of stability (close to growth). This identification situation indicates that despite the various problems, the entrepreneurship system based on entrepreneurship of Azad University graduates requires relative stability and growth path.
