Abstract :
Teaching authoritative management persuade developing and spreading authoritative teaching methods from the social perspective and teaching intellectual management. Having responsibility for “authoritative management” and its activation in the content of educational management plans caused a major change in determining the direction of higher education. By taking the Main purpose into consideration, the present research was conducted based on the content analysis and Attride-Stirling (2001) methods and inductive approach. In order to identify the evidence of authoritative teaching management factors the number of 40 Articles and 1 Book from 2007 up to now were used that all of them were directly implied the teaching authoritative management area. In this study the organizer contents of teaching authoritative management in higher education include the moral standard in teaching and learning process with 9 basic contents, personal moral principles with 7 Basic contents, and the universal moral principles with 6 Basic contents. Results have shown a moral sight toward teaching authoritative management process.
