Abstract :

This study compared the marital satisfaction in employees Mrdtrh moons and Ghyraqmary Iran's Offshore Oil Company.And on the basis of causal - comparative is ex post facto. The study population included all male employees of satellite and non-satellite project wasIn 1392, on oil rigs south (Ministry of Oil) were employed.
