Abstract :
Investigating the Relationship between Social Capital and Job Satisfaction of Refah Bank Employees welfare Mohammad Zaman Mohammadi Raisi[1] , Soroush Fathi[2] Abstract The main objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between social capital and job satisfaction of Refah bank employees. This study employed a survey method and data was collected through a questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha revealed the questionnaire’s reliability as 0.8. The study population included all employees of Refah banks in Tehran totalling 1454 people. The final sample amounted to 400 subsequent to Cochran’s sample size calculation. The results showed that:8/25percent of the sample population were moderately satisfied with their jobs while 7/9percent respondents had complete job satisfaction and only65/ 4 percent were dissatisfied with their jobs. In the case of social capital, 18/2 percent of the respondents were in a high level while between (63/2) and 17/6 percent of them were at the intermediate level and68/5 percent were in the low level. On examining the relationship between the variables, a relationship was seen between social capital and the job satisfaction and based on regression analysis, the enjoyment of amenities, social cohesion, social relations, social trust, social security, social participation and social capital showed. percent variance stressing job satisfaction.
