The aim of this study was to The Mediating Role of organizationalClimateRegarding with Participative Management and organizationalDevelopment. The study population comprised all secondary school Teachers of Bandar Abbas two Education Area (614 person) in 2013-2014 academic year. Sample size was 236 people that were stratified random sampling method based on Cochran formula. The study was Descriptive and correlation type. And for collecting data, organizationalClimate Questionnaire, Participative Management and organizationalDevelopment Questionnaire were used. To analyze data Statistical methods such as Structural Equation Modeling was used. The results showed: The share of Mediating Role of organizationalClimate Regarding with Participative Management and organizationalDevelopment was 0/38. That this significant Relationship achieved in 0/05 level.
