Abstract :
Nowadays, the use of knowledge management as a powerful tool for improving organizational activities has gained great importance in management issues, so that in recent years, numerous studies and researches have been carried out to explain the role and importance of this position by domestic and foreign researchers. . Based on this, the current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance from the perspective of female teachers of the first secondary level of Khorram Abad city. The research method is descriptive-survey of correlation type. The statistical population of the research includes all the female teachers of the first secondary level of Khorramabad city, numbering 406 people, and the sample size was estimated to be 198 based on the Cochran formula. A simple random method was used to select the samples. To collect the data needed for the research, Sharon Lawson's standard knowledge management questionnaire (2003) and Hersey and Goldsmith's organizational performance questionnaire (1980) were used. The reliability of the knowledge management questionnaire was estimated based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.814 and organizational performance (0.791). The analysis of the research data was done at two levels of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using Spss26 statistical software. The results of the research showed that from the point of view of the studied statistical population, there is a positive relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance at the rate of 0.475. The results of the research also indicate that between the dimensions of knowledge management (knowledge creation, knowledge absorption, knowledge organization, knowledge storage, knowledge dissemination, knowledge application) with organizational performance at the rate of 0.407, 0.418, 0.326, respectively. 0.413, 0.548 and 0.494 have a positive relationship.
