Abstract :
With the development of fish breeding industry in the country and increasing the number of breeders, transmission and maintenance of fish known as one of the related chain to this industry. Preparation of fish, forming oxygen and transport of fish are parameters to be fitted in the survive and growth of fishes. In this experiment 420 green terrors (Aequidens rivulatus) exposed to the stress factors to determine patterns of physiological stress responses in the species. The most important response was to increase in 3 equal Cortisol levels ( Max 146 ng/ml). A significant increase in Glucose level (equal 1.5) was seen too. Also, the result showed that the distance and amount of stress have caused physiological response and reducing the amount of these stresses can lead the losses in transmission. an style='mso-spacerun:yes'> This shows that Lidocaine in this kind of fish was the best anesthetic in times of 10 min and 24 h.
