Abstract :
Golden mullet fish (Liza aurata) is one of the valuable species that is unique commercial in the Caspian Sea region, due to Genoa's many Mtqazay meat taste good. In this study, 6 position microsatellites designed for gray mullet (Mugil cephalus) and hand mullet (Mugil soiuy) to investigate genetic diversity and population structure of golden mullet and Fereidoon'kenarRamsar area was used. A total of 60 samples were collected from adult fish mullet. The average number of alleles per locus were 6.25 respectively (range 13 to 5 alleles in both positions). Both areas were sampled with specific alleles, observed and expected heterozygosis averaged respectively 0.394, 0.743 respectively. The balance of Hardy Weinberg was (HW) more significantly out of balance locus. Hardy-Weinberg tested by AMOVA, measures of differentiation, Fst, Rst gene showed significant differences between populations (P
