Important variables of the desired dimensions of the initial conceptual model were identified and based on it, the final questionnaire was given to 150 people, including entrepreneurs and university professors, and the collected data were analyzed using statistical methods (exploratory factor analysis, confirmation and structural transactions). The final pattern was extracted. A total of 4 factors were identified as effective on entrepreneurship of indigenous cultural industries, including government support policies, human resource training management, financial management, competitiveness, of which government support policies with a factor load of 0.84 and competing with 0.4 had the least impact on the entrepreneurship of indigenous cultural industries.
