Evaluating the Economic Productivity Model Based on Innovation with Emphasis on the Development of Human Resources in the Small and Medium Industries

Abstract :
The small and medium industries in the world are of great importance, the main reason being their flexibility and they can help in the industry of a country. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the improvement of economic productivity based on innovation, with emphasis on the role of mediating human resource development. The Present Research is a Survey in terms of Method and is applied in terms of Purpose. The sample size is 384 by the Cochran formula for unlimited statistical population and selected by simple random sampling method. The required data were collected by field method and by a researcher-made questionnaire. Descriptive statistics were tested using SPSS software and the research hypotheses test and the proposed model using SEM equations using partial least squares method (PLS). The results of the collected data indicate that innovation with a path coefficient of -55.8% affects on economic productivity and also the innovation variable with a path coefficient of 96.6% due to the human resource development variable on economic productivity Human resource development with a path coefficient of 147. 9% affects economic efficiency.
