Today, psychologists seek to achieve job adaptability by identifying job stress on the one hand and examining the psychological characteristics of employees on the other; Because job stress has devastating effects on the biological, psychological and social functions of employees. The present study aimed to investigate the role of communication skills and coping strategies in predicting burnout in real estate consultants. The research design was correlation based on regression. The research population included all real estate consultants in District 7 of Tehran in the first half of 1399 that 120 people were selected through the available sampling method. Data were collected using the Lazarus and Folkman (1984) Stress Coping Strategies Questionnaire, Maslach Burnout (1986) and Quinn Dam (2004) Communication Skills Questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, SPSS23 software and Pearson correlation statistical models and regression analysis were used. Findings showed that there is a significant relationship between burnout and coping skills and communication skills.
