Investigating the quality of the social security organization's policy on the lifestyle changes of social security retirees

Abstract :
This article aims to investigate the impact of the social security organization's policy quality on the lifestyle of the retirees of that organization in Mahabad city and based on environmental, economic, social, political, health, personal security, life expectancy, housing and other services criteria. which are the most important factors that can provide a healthy life for the elderly and retirees has been researched. The statistical population of this research is all the main retirees of the social security organization in Mahabad city, which is a total of 1817 people. The sample size was estimated to be 317 people using Cochran's formula and selected by stratified random sampling. The data collection tool includes the researcher's questionnaire related to the aforementioned research, which was estimated after evaluating the face validity and reliability by obtaining the opinions of respected professors and determining the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (r=0.827). After collecting and classifying the data, the questionnaire was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics by SPSS software. The results show that the quality of the social security organization's policymaking has a direct impact on the lifestyle changes of the retirees of that organization in Mahabad city.
