Abstract :
The aim of this research was sociological investigation of the causes of Sexual deviance in the Qom city. The present research is of kind which has been performed by survey and documentary method. Statistical Society was sexual deviant persons in prisons of Qom and which where 346 sexual deviant. The volume selected sample has been obtained about 346 sexual deviant in Qom prisons on the basis of Cochran formula. The information needed for this research has been calculated by using questionnaire and interview performed in one presence but in two local prison and Qom locals .Degree of alpha of prison questionnaire is 0/802 shows (stability and reliability) but question of questionnaire were sever standardized questionnaire for that calculated credeity. The Pearsons correlation coefficient is used for hypothesis testing. Studied the independents variables urbanization, immigration, theft and neigbour mobility and his effect in sexual deviant.The results show the sever regreesion variable that had powerful relation between mobility in neigboure and sexual deviant. Other relation is immigration and sexual deviant result that are uphold our hypothesis. K
