Abstract :
Baqarah and Al-Imran surahs (Surahs of Zahravin) have the most verses related to interaction with people of the book. In these surahs, God mentions only one religion for all generations, the religion of Islam. In this era, which is the age of interaction with other divine religions, the investigation of this issue is of special importance. This research investigates and analyzes interaction with people of the book in the Qur'an, with an emphasis on the Zahravin surahs, with descriptive and analytical methods analyzing the books of Quranic sciences and the interpretations of Fariqin. According to the findings of this research, the principle in the Holy Quran is unity and solidarity under the shadow of faith in one God, negation of any kind of polytheism and division, and faith in all prophets and holy books and angels, or stated in other words, faith in the only religion of Islam. But, the people of the book have acted differently, in contrast to this order of God in Quran, and thus the way of interacting with them will also be different. Some of them should be treated peacefully, some should be ordered to pay jeziya, and others should not be interacted with, or should even be fought with.
