Abstract :
The current research was conducted with the aim of knowing the difference between generations and getting to know the psychosocial characteristics of generation Z. In this research, the issue was examined in a documentary way and by studying the background check and the studies done. First, the generation and the different definitions given about generations, then the difference between generations and the characteristics of generation Z were examined more specifically. Based on the studies, it was found that generation Z people in our society have basic human needs in addition to physiological needs; The most important of which is believing in them, needing to be heard and paying enough attention to them. The people of this generation need progress, and to achieve this progress and self-fulfillment, the company and family are necessary.
