Abstract :
This article aims to examine the dimensions and components of corporate governance with the approach of organizational entrepreneurship development in Keshavarzi Bank. Research is applied from the point of view of purpose and in terms of qualitative method. The statistical population of the study was university professors, managers and experienced banking experts with sufficient experience in Agricultural Bank. Sampling was performed by snowball method. This section was theoretically saturated after interviewing 20 experts. Research data collection tools are open questionnaires and interviews. The analysis of qualitative data from the interviews was performed using open source-centric coding with MAXQDA 2018 software. The results of the analysis showed that the dimensions and components of corporate governance with the approach of organizational entrepreneurship development include three structural, environmental and behavioral variables as research dimensions. Behavioral dimension included two components of personal characteristics and interpersonal skills, environmental dimension included four components of staff, board of directors, shareholders and customers and structural dimension included five components of organizational culture, transparency, participation and carte blanche, organizational values and organizational norm. A total of 42 indicators were identified for these components
