Abstract :

Energy is the basis of economic, social and cultural development of a country; Energy policies in a country are very vital and decisive; Because it not only affects the development of a country, but also affects all economic activities. Considering the large investments and time required for energy expansion projects in the country, correct and scientific decisions will bring progress and prosperity to the society. Energy consumption in Iran has also increased in the last few decades due to the ever-increasing population growth and economic development. Considering the importance and role of energy in the economic, social and cultural development of the country, the need to deal with new energies is very clear, so that it can be said that, in addition to the finiteness of fossil fuel sources and their irreparable losses on nature and life Humans, new (renewable) energies are at the opposite point of fossil fuels and have complete compatibility with the environment, and from the economic point of view, they have relative price stability.
