Abstract :
Field and Aims: Today, blockchain technology is referred to as a revolutionary technology that will have the potential to change many common affairs of current life; Some even consider the revolutionary nature of this technology to be equivalent to the emergence of the Internet in theth century. Intellectual property rights are a branch of law in which the rights and obligations of people who have an intellectual and non-financial property are specified. This research has tried to answer the question, what place does blockchain technology have in the international intellectual property law system? So far, there has not been an article that independently examines the central position of blockchain technology in the international intellectual property rights system. Method: This research was done using descriptive-analytical method. Finding and Conclusion: One of the powerful applications of blockchain technology in solving real- world problems is the transformation in the management and protection of intellectual property rights. Blockchain technology, with its security and transparency features, can help improve the international intellectual property rights system and provide a proper balance between intellectual property rights and public rights.
