Abstract :
Financial services are considered as one of the most important and common banking tools in the contractual relationships of individuals in domestic and international trade, so knowing the drafters of laws and regulations related to financial services is very important. Before the approval of the law on regulation of the unorganized monetary market, institutions and ministries and even individuals could mobilize resources with the least difficulty through the establishment of financial and credit institutions to attract deposits, grant facilities and use other financial instruments, but with the changes that have taken place In the financial regulations, this issue was subject to formalities and legal processes. In this regard, the supervision of the financial services of credit institutions has been expanded and each of them, using approved laws and regulations, has powers such as the possibility of making inquiries or seizing and withdrawing from the customers' accounts, which are in two parts of the supervision of legal authorities and judicially and in a separate manner, it has been mentioned to each institution or supervisory organization regarding financial services. One of the innovations of the current research is the clarification of the legal competence of each organization regarding financial services so that the current practice of the banking network can be modified based on it.Therefore, on the basis of rational reasoning and analysis, based on library studies and methods, and by extracting data from collection sources, and finally with descriptive and analytical methods, the competence of organizations and institutions to exercise supervision and regulation regarding the financial services of credit institutions has been pointed out.
