Abstract :
در دنیای مدرن امروزی سازمانها بهطور فزایندهای بهعنوان سیستمهای هوشمند در نظر گرفته میشوند. افزایش هوش سازمانی کمک میکند تا سازمانها دادههای خود را بهطور مؤثر تجزیه و تحلیل کرده، نتایج را ذخیره کنند و از نتایج بهدست آمده در تصمیمگیریهای حرفهای استفاده کنند. هدف از این پژوهش سنجش میزان مؤلفههای هوش سازمانی در سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان گیلان بود. یک نمونه 183 نفری از کارکنان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان گیلان (1296N=) از طریق روش نمونهگیری خوشهای متناسب انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق شامل پرسشنامه استاندارد هوش سازمانی آلبرشت (2003) با 49 گویه تحت هفت مؤلفه میباشد. یافتهها نشاندهنده وجود هوش سازمانی متوسط در سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان گیلان بود. رتبهبندی مؤلفههای هوش سازمانی نشان داد که مؤلفه سرنوشت مشترک در بالاترین رتبه و میل به تغییر در پایینترین رتبه قرار گرفتند. همچنین نتایج تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که از بین 7 مؤلفه، روحیه بیشترین سهم را در تبیین هوش سازمانی داشت. نتایج کلی تحقیق بر طراحی سیاستها و برنامههایی جهت افزایش هوش سازمانی دلالت دارد. لذا توصیه میشود که سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان گیلان برای دستیابی به موفقیتهای حرفهای خود به بررسی و اندازهگیری هوش سازمانی و شناسایی استراتژیهای لازم برای رسیدن به سطح بالایی از هوش سازمانی بپردازد
