ابعاد مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی شرکتی در شرکتهای تعاونی روستایی

Abstract :
فعالیتهای ناپایدار انسانی طی دهههای اخیر اثرات مخرب و غیرقابل جبرانی بر پایداری زیستمحیطی، اجتماعی، و حتی اقتصادی داشته است و کشورها و دولتها را با مشکلات عدیدهای در زمینهی مهاجرت، حاشیهنشینی، افزایش فقر و فاصلهی طبقاتی، و موارد بیشمار دیگری روبرو ساخته است. استدلال شده است که تلفیق مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی شرکتی در ساختار شرکتها و فعالیتهای اقتصادی (از جمله شرکتهای تعاونی روستایی) میتواند به جبران کاستیها و بیتوجهیهای گذشته به محیط طبیعی کمک شایان توجهی کند. لازمهی این امر، شناسایی عاملهای اثرگذار بر توسعهی CSR در ساختار شرکتهای تعاونی روستایی و سهم هر عامل در درگیر شدن آنها در این فعالیتها است. بنابراین، هدف این پژوهش ارتقاء سطح مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی در میان اعضای شرکتهای تعاونی روستایی شهرستان کامیاران بود (N=14100). بدین منظور از پرسشنامهای محقق ساخت استفاده شد که روایی آن از طریق پانل متخصصان و پایایی آن از طریق محاسبهی ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (71/ 0≥ α) تأیید شد. دادهها در محیط نرمافزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافتهها ضریب همبستگی نشان دادند که رابطهی مثبت و معنیداری بین استراتژی حمایتی، نظارتی و هدایتی، قانونمندی و توانمندی روانی و ساختاری، و سازوکار مشارکتی با سطح CSR در شرکتهای مورد مطالعه وجود دارد. همچنین، یافتههای رگرسیون گام به گام نشان داد که دو عامل استراتژی حمایتی، نظارتی و هدایتی، و قانونمندی و توانمندیهای روانی-ساختاری در مجموع 4/36 درصد از واریانس متغیر وابستهی CSR را تبیین میکنند. در نهایت، دلالتهای نظری و کاربردی پژوهش در بخش نتیجهگیری بیان گردید.
