ارزیابی اثرات مهارتهای فراشناختی و خودراهبر بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان کشاورزی در ایران

Abstract :
پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان یکی از شاخصهای مهم در ارزیابی آموزش عالی در کشاورزی است. یکی از راهبردهای بسیار تأثیرگذار در پیشرفت تحصیلی، تقویت مهارتهای فراشناختی و خودراهبر میباشد. هدف کلی این پژوهش ارزیابی اثرات مهارتهای فراشناختی و خودراهبر بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان کشاورزی ایران بود. این پژوهش از نوع پژوهشهای "توصیفی ـ همبستگی" بود که با استفاده از فن پیمایش انجام شد. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش پرسشنامهای بود که روایی آن توسط گروهی از متخصصان برنامهریزی آموزشی و درسی در نظام آموزش عالی کشاورزی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. برای تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه از ضرایب آزمون آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. مقادیر آلفای کرونباخ برای متغیرهای مختلف نشاندهندهی پایایی مناسب ابزار پژوهش بود (96/0≤α≤74/0). جامعه آماری پژوهش دانشجویان کشاورزی دانشگاهای ایران (236973N=) بودند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از آماره کوکران و نمونهگیری دو مرحلهای (خوشهای و تصادفی طبقهای با انتساب متناسب)،150 نفر برآورد گردید. نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای مهارتهای خودراهبری، مهارتهای فراشناختی و شرایط اجتماعی اثرات مثبت و معنیداری بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان کشاورزی داشتند و جمعاً توانستند درصد قابلتوجهی (1/68 درصد) از تغییرات واریانس متغیر پیشرفت تحصیلی را پیشبینی کنند.
