پایبندی به استاندارد جهانی GAP و سودآوری: مطالعة موردی کشاورزان خردهپای آنانانس در آکواپم در جنوب غنا

Abstract :
در این مطالعه، به بررسی تأثیر برداشت کشاورزان خردهپای آناناس بر تبعیت آنها از استاندارد جهانی GAP، ارزیابی میزان پایبندی کشاورزان پایند به نیازمندیهای استاندارد، و مقایسة متوسط سود مزرعهای کشاورزان پایبند و غیرپایبند به استاندارد جهانی GAP در آکواپم در منطقة شهری جنوب غنا پرداختیم. برای این منظور از دادههای مزرعهای که از 150 کشاورز آناناس جمعآوری شده بودند، استفاده شد. این کشاورزان به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد که برداشت کشاورزان پایبند به استاندارد جهانی GAP این بود که بازار برای محصولات گواهیشده مبلغ بالاتری را پرداخت میکند به همان شکلی که درمورد محصولات ارگانیک داریم. عوامل موثر بر عدمپایبندی کشاورزان به استاندارد جهانی GAP عبارتند بودند از هزینة بالای پایبندی به استاندارد، قیمت مزرعهای غیررقابتی و عملکرد مزرعهای پایین. هرچند متوسط سود مزرعهای کشاورزان پایبند (64/9083 سدی غنا) بیش از کشاورزان غیرپایبند (62/8893 سدی غنا) بود، اما این اختلاف معنیدار نبود. ازجمله پیشنهادات این مطالعه این بود که دولت غنا و بخش خصوصی باید به صورت هماهنگ روی ایجاد مؤسسه ملی مبادلة کالایی کار کند تا این موسسه سیستم بازاریابی شفاف و کارآمدی برای کالاهای کشاورزی اصلی غنا ایجاد بکند.
