Abstract :

A new meaning of social capital in the field of social sciences in recent decades and its concept use in scientific texts and documents and programming development will cause social, economic and cultural process and one of the various frameworks in fancy riot contemporary sociological considerations are considered. concept of social capital close relationship with quality of life and that it could be the sense of entry gate to municipal planning because lack of identified factors on the quality of life of the people in diverse realms caused the decrease in satisfaction of an individual life and in the society of human resources productive and powerful in great length of time. The important issue in this regard quality measurement of social capital and quality of life in the city especially in the urban quarters. This article intends to relationship between social capital and quality of life in Tehran Region 16. indices for measurement of quality of life is the quality of environmental and quality of material, education, health and the condition of nutrition. Regarding measurement of social capital as well as one of the indices local security and quality of access to public services, social trust and communication. The results with the general use of the excluded coefficient shows no meaningful connection between the two concept in Tehran city region 16.
