Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the intervention effect of job motivation workshop on job involvement of physical education teachers in Lorestan province. Semi-experimental and workshop methods (pre-test and post-test design) were used. Out of 960 physical education teachers in Lorestan province, according to Morgan's table, 278 teachers were randomly selected and the initial data were obtained through Heremans' job motivation questionnaire and Kanungo' job involvement questionnaire. Finally, 54 teachers with low motivation and occupational attachment Were selected. In order to assess the dependent variable variation among the groups, t-test was used to evaluate the dependent variable between the groups. Independent t-test and covariance analysis were used to evaluate the effect of job incentive period on job involvement. The results show that the participants in the workshop has a significant effect on increasing job motivation and job involvement of the experimental group. After six months of the workshop, the effect of job motivation on teachers' job satisfaction over the course of time has a well-established.
