Evaluation of quality of physical indicators of one Tabriz area (Case Study: Melazinal neighborhood)

Abstract :
Paying attention to the quality of physical indicators is a goal to check the quality of life at the level of localities and cities for citizens. Measuring the quality of physical indicators in a region requires examining many factors, some of which we discussed in the above research. The research method of this research is descriptive-analytical in which library-documentary sources, questionnaires and field surveys were used to collect the required information. The statistical population of the present study consists of young and middle-aged people who live in Melazinal neighborhood of Tabriz. The size of the statistical population is 220 people. This article tries to combine the two approaches of sustainable development and revitalization of urban spaces, and these indicators have been evaluated in Malazinal neighborhood. In this research, the physical indicators of stable neighborhood spaces have been examined through field observations and questionnaires in Malazinal neighborhood, and quantitative and qualitative analysis have been used to analyze the data. In order to analyze the results in the software environment, the results of the questionnaires have been evaluated, which states that the Malazinal neighborhood of Tabriz does not have a good condition in terms of the quality of the physical Spss index.
