ارزیابی عملکرد تولیدمثلی هلشتاین فریزین و آمیختههای آن با گاوهای نژاد بُران در مزرعه پرورش گاو شیری هنرستان کشاورزی ناحیه اورومیا اتیوپی

Abstract :
این مطالعه در مزرعه پرورش گاو شیری هنرستان کشاورزی آردایتا (ATVET) و با هدف ارزیابی عملکرد تولیدمثلی هلشتاین فریزین و آمیختههای آن با گاو نژاد بُران صورت گرفته است. دادههای جمعآوری شده بین سالهای 2000 تا 2015 روی صفات تولیدمثلی (2632=n) با استفاده از روش مدل خطی عمومی آنالیز شده و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. میانگینهای برآورد شده کلی برای سن نخستین آمیزش (AFS)، سن نخستین زایش (AFC)، فاصله زایش (CI)، روزهای باز (DO) و تعداد آمیزش به ازای هر آبستنی (NSC) به ترتیب برابر با 44/0 ± 33/31 ماه، 44/0 ± 08/41 ماه، 32/3 ± 50/405 روز، 51/3 ± 84/134 روز و 03/0 ± 36/1 بوده است. به استثنای سن نخستین آمیزش که تحت تأثیر درصد سهم ژنی هلشتاین فریزین قرار دارد، فصل زایش و درصد سهم ژنی هلشتاین فریزین بر سایر صفات تولیدمثلی تأثیر معنیداری نداشتند (05/0<P). تأثیر سال زایش و نوبت زایش بر صفات فاصله گوسالهزایی و روزهای باز معنیدار بوده است (001/0>P). فصل تولد (05/0>P) و سال تولد (001/0>P) تأثیر معنیداری بر سن نخستین آمیزش و سن نخستین زایش داشتند. سال زایش بر تعداد آمیزش به ازای هر آبستنی تأثیر معنیداری داشت (001/0>P). به غیر از تعداد آمیزش به ازای هر آبستنی، نتایج حاصل از سن نخستین آبستنی، سن نخستین زایش، روزهای باز و فاصله زایش هلشتاین فریزین و آمیختههای آن با گاوهای بُران در منطقه مورد مطالعه پایینتر از مجموعه استانداردهای مزارع پرورش گاو شیری تجاری بوده است. بنابراین از نتایج این تحقیق بایستی در بهبود عوامل ژنتیکی و غیرژنتیکی مؤثر بر عملکرد این مزرعه پرورشی استفاده گردد.
