        The current study was aimed at investigating The effect of organizational culture on organizational performance with role of mediator intellectual capital of Bandar Abbas Tax Organization via descriptive-correlative analysis. The population under study was consisted of the 215 employees of Bandarabbas Tax Organization. Using simple random sampling, a number of 138 persons were selected as the sample population in the study. To collect data, the researcher used the three intellectual capital, employee’s performance and organizational culture questionnaires. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the experts in the field. The reliability of the questionnaire was measured using Cronbach alpha. It showed that the reliability of intellectual capital was 0.88, and organizational culture reliability was 0.84 and employee’s performance reliability was 0.81. To analysis the data the researcher used descriptive method of investigation as well as inferential methods (such as Univariate regression, Structural Equation Modeling). SPSS and AMOS software is used. The results indicated that organizational culture and all of component- Involvement, Compatibility, Adaptability, Mission - effect on organizational performance and intellectual capital of Bandar Abbas Tax Organization. The results of the study showed that their intellectual capital and its components - human capital, structural capital, and customer capital- positive effect on the performance of Bandar Abbas Tax Organization. The Structural Equation Modeling results of the study showed that organizational culture effect on the organizational performance with role of mediator intellectual capital of Bandar Abbas Tax Organization.         In today's complex, dynamic and constantly changing environment, companies need to design and take systems and methods that can help them adapt themselves to the changeable and dynamic situation of competitive markets, and therefore improving marketing performance and generally the company’s performance. In this regard, business intelligence systems as a new method and tool can be considered as an important factor to provide business companies with all the necessary information they need for achieving better marketing performance and mainly furthering the goals of the company. This study aimed to evaluate the influence of business intelligence on marketing performance of pharmaceutical and petrochemical companies considering the role of modifying environmental turbulence by identifying and introducing the most important and effective factors in commercial companies’ marketing performance. The objective of this study is practical and the implementation is cross-sectional and field study has been used for collecting data. The statistical population is senior executives or sales and marketing managers of 122 pharmaceutical and petrochemical companies in the country. To evaluate it in these companies, a questionnaire consisting of 25 questions was prepared. To evaluate the reliability of the measuring tool, 30 people of the statistical population were asked to complete the questionnaire as a pilot and coefficient of Cronbach's alpha and reliability were estimated by examining factor loadings. The results of analysis show that business intelligence (technological and organizational business intelligence) has a positive effect on companies’ marketing performance, and environmental turbulence also modify this relationship. The results indicate companies that use the business intelligence system for receiving, analyzing and using data to make decisions, have been able to achieve success in the perfectly competitive environment.         The present study aimed to investigate the impact of green marketing mix on sport wear consumer shopping behavior. Population for the study was professional athletes, Semi-Pro and Club consumers sport wear that due to extensive of operations community according to the Morgan table 386 people was conclude as the sample. Research tool was a sport green marketing questionnaire whit four items that is green produce, green price, green place and green promotion and that its validity by ten professors of management and marketing and sports management were approved. The reliability of the instrument was calculated by using Cronbach alpha test was 0.92. To analyze the data, the Kolmogorov Smirnov test, Pearson correlation and regression analysis were used. The results showed significant correlation and impact of green marketing mix and its components on the shopping behavior of sportswear consumers. According to the findings recommended the manufacturers of sports products to make green marketing mix in their agenda and increase sales and market share by using green marketing strategy.         In present study, effects of knowledge management on the customer relationship management is studied. Study technique is descriptive and survey. To test the study hypotheses firstly a questionnaire with 30 items was designed and applied to 80 managers survivor and directors of various parts of Hormozgan oil company. Then achieved information's were categorized in excel and their statistical properties were studied. Then study architecture model was adapted using smartPLS software to examine the relationship between the variables. In the fitness stage, 4 items were deleted due to lack of suitable relationship with the study variables and then the final model was extracted. Relevance and reliability of the construction and model was examined and after assuring the accuracy and reliability of test tool, study hypotheses were examined. Results of this study indicates that knowledge management with mediatory role of customer loyalty has a significant relationship with customer relationship. Manuscript profile

        This study was conducted in 2016 with the aim of studying the mediating role of quality services in the relationship between state marketing and customer satisfaction. The population of this study includes all staff and customers of Melli Bank of Shiraz; that among these, 150 people were selected by simple random sampling method. Reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability, and validity of the technical content validity, construct validity - convergent and divergent. Using structural equation modeling technique, the research hypotheses were tested. First, the quality of measurement and structural models were investigated, the results showed that both models are a favorable fitness. This finding showed that the use of internal marketing has a significant impact on improving the quality of service. The impact of service quality improvement organization has a significant impact on increasing customer satisfaction. Also, the impact of direct, indirect and overall of internal marketing has a significant impact on increasing customer satisfaction. Manuscript profile

        Work consciousness plays an important role in creating the structure, behavior and function of the organization; under its shadow, structural factors of the organization are formed and it has an impact on behavioral factors (content, culture, values, perception and motivation). This study tries to investigate the relation between work consciousness and organizational identity and health. The method of the study is descriptive, and regarding the relation between the variables, co relational. The population of the study consists of 135 people working for, Zollanvari Carpets Cooperative Company located at Shiraz Industrial Town. The PLS software was then used to analyze the data. The results of the study indicate that while work consciousness does not have an effect on organizational identity, both work consciousness and organizational identity influence organizational health.
