        Fuzzy expert systems are one of the most practical intelligent models with the high potential for managing uncertainty associated to the medical diagnosis. In this paper, a fuzzy inference system (FIS) for diagnosing of acute lymphocytic leukemia in children has been introduced. The fuzzy expert system applies Mamdani reasoning model that has high interpretability to explain system results to experts in a high level. The system has been designed based on the specialist physician’s knowledge. The proposed systems, has been implemented in Matlab and evaluated on real patients’ dataset. High accuracy of this system (with an accuracy about 96%) revealed its capability for helping experts to early diagnosis of the disease. that the results are promising for more earlier diagnosis and then providing good treatment of patients and consequently saving more children’s lives.         In recent years, the banking industry has made significant changes in technology and communications. The expansion of electronic communications and a large number of people around the world access to the Internet, appropriate to establish trade and economic exchanges provided but high costs, lack of flexibility and agility in existing systems because of the large volume of information, confidentiality of data, the need for high computational processing and also the high cost of change or development of information technology is one of the problems facing the industry in many cases, have had many complaints from customers. Cloud computing is a new IT investment projects in information technology and new architectural development, deployment, implementation, and service and is in addition to cost reduction, flexibility, high availability and cost money being brought. For this purpose, GreenCloud simulation is used and presents graphs of monitoring, resource allocation, workload scheduling as well as optimization of communication protocols and network infrastructures in the new model infrastructure of Iranian bank and it is compared the current model and the new model for the applicability of cloud computing technology in the banking industry will be discussed. The educators and the researchers in these areas advocate representing a project as a network and applying the solution approaches for network models to them to assist project managers to monitor their completion. In this paper, we evaluated project’s completion time utilizing the Q-learning algorithm. So the new algorithm is proposed to solve completion time project.         Image recognition is one of the most important field in image processing that in recent decades had much attention .Due to expansion of related fields with image processing and various application of this science in machine vision, military science, geography, aerospace and artificial intelligence and lots of other aspects, out stand the importance of this subject.One of the most important aspects of this case is line detection that it could be base of image recognition.Because all pictures, shapes and even whole written in picture has been formed from lines. Accordingly, exact line detection can be basis to exact image recognition.One of the methods that are used in this aspect is to identifying lines, using Hough transform .This technique is one of useful and practical method in the field of line detection. Problem with this approach is the errors in detected lines that with improving this method can lead thy way for improvement of lots of other application in this topic.In this thesis a method for improving the Hough transform in line detection is proposed.         Skin cancer has been the most usual and illustrates 50% of all new cancers detected each year. If they detected at an early stage, treatment can become simple and economically. Accurate skin lesion segmentation is important in automated early skin cancer detection and diagnosis systems. The aim of this study is to provide an effective approach to detect the skin lesion border on a purposed image. A novel method is proposed that combines the edge detection and the thresholding technique for skin lesions detection from skin region in an image. The distributions of edge and the proposed thresholding method provide a good discrimination of skin lesions. The evaluation of the proposed method was based on the comparison with the Otsu and Rosin segmentation results. The performance of the designed system is evaluated with 30 test images, and the experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed mole localization scheme. Manuscript profile

        This paper presents a new optimization algorithm to design an optimal proportional, integral, derivative (PID) controller in hydro-turbine generator governor for damping output frequency oscillations. In this research, we utilize a stochastic and optimal based PID controller to control frequency-response of the hydro turbine. The proposed algorithm is employed to design an optimal PID controller by adjusting the PID parameters. Here, the parameters of the PID controller are optimized by IWO Algorithm. For analyzing the proposed technique, the final results of IWO algorithm is compared with ABC algorithm.         Man, is living in an era that the knowledge is estimated to be doubled in a relatively short time. The fast rate of technology's growth in the "Century of information", is caused by fast growth of communication technologies like the internet which has become one of the best tools for a quick, cheap, effective and vastly supported communication. For an efficient and effective usage of tools and different advantages of the internet, its users are to be able to stay connected to it in an efficient way and have less losses of connection. In order to reduce the time and duration of unwanted losses of connection, it is needed to act on diagnosing and fixing the ongoing problem(s) as fast as possible. Since today's telecommunication and computer communication have become full of varieties and complications, designing and running a system that can help the network professionals or the users in case of such problems taking place, is much appreciated or even necessary. According to the abilities of rule-based expert systems, one of the best solutions for this matter, is to run an expert system in order to fix internet communication problems that is done by a full-time resident human expert.
