        Graphene oxide/polydopamine-polyacrylamide nanocomposite was synthesized by a simple method and used as adsorbent for dispersive micro-solid-phase extraction of phenobarbital in plasma samples. The adsorbent was characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy–energy dispersive spectroscopy and thermal gravimetric analysis. The results show that functionalization of graphene oxide by polymeric materials can enhance the sorption properties and thermal stability of the prepared adsorbent. Influential parameters on the extraction efficiency of Phenobarbital including adsorbent amount, elution solvent and its volume, sorption and desorption times and pH of sample solution were investigated and optimized. Under the optimized conditions, limits of detection and quantitation values were 1.4 and 5ng/mL, respectively. Relative recovery data for several real samples were obtained within the range of 84.0-98.0% with a relative standard deviation less than 7.2%. The proposed method was successfully applied to quantitative determination of phenobarbital in plasma samples. تفاصيل المقالة

        2 - Assess Effect of Deficit Irrigation and Super Absorbent Ploymer on Crop Production and Growth Indices of Corn under Dry and Warm Climate Condition

        BACKGROUND: Polyacrylamide is the main synthetic polymer used, and it absorbs water through the formation of hydrogen bonds. Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) can absorb water up to 200-400 times its weight and increase its size by up to 100 times. OBJECTIVES: Evaluate effect of different irrigation regime and super absorbent polymer on agrophysiological traits of maize. METHODS: This study was done via split plot experiment based on randomized complete blocks design during 2016 with three replications. The main factor included irrigation regimes (M1: Conventional irrigation or control, M2: Alternate furrow irrigation from 4 leaves stage until silk emergence and after conventional, M3: Normal irrigation until silk emergence and after alternate furrow irrigation). Three level of super absorbent polymer (S1: non use of SAP, S2: 25 kg.ha-1, S3: 50 kg.ha-1 SAP) belonged to the sub factor. RESULT: Result of analysis of variance indicated effect of different irrigation regime and SAP on seed yield, biologic yield and harvest index was significant at 1% probability level also interaction effect of treatments on measured traits (instead harvest index) was significant. Mean comparison result of different irrigation regime revealed the maximum amount of seed yield (5670 kg.ha-1), biologic yield (1401 gr.m-2), harvest index (40.47%), total dry weight (1800 gr.m-2), leaf area index (4.95), crop growth rate (39 gr.m-2.day-1), net assimilation rate (8.5 gr.m-2.day-1) and relative growth rate (0.15 gr. gr-1.day-1) was obtained for M1 and minimum of mentioned traits was for M2 treatment. Compare different level of SAP showed that the maximum amount of seed yield, biologic yield, harvest index and growth indices belonged to S3 treatment also the lowest amount of measured traits were for S1 treatment. Assessment mean comparison result of interaction effect of treatments indicated maximum seed yield (6300 kg.ha-1) and biologic yield (1456 gr.m-2) was noted for M1S3 and lowest amount of measured traits belonged to M2S1 treatment. CONCLUSION: Generally between different deficient irrigation treatments M3 treatment had highest amount in total dry matter, leaf area index, crop growth rate, net assimilation rate, relative growth rate, biologic yield, seed yield and harvest index, so in water stress situation M3 treatment with use 50 kg.ha-1 SAP it can be advice to farmers. تفاصيل المقالة

        به منظور بررسی اثر تنش شوری ناشی از NaCl بر وزن تر، میزان رنگدانه و فعالیت ایزوزیم های آنتی اکسیدان سوپراکسید دیسموتاز (SOD)، پراکسیداز (POX) و کاتالاز (CAT) در 9 ژنوتیپ لوبیا چیتی در مقایسه با شرایط بدون تنش، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی د أکثر
        به منظور بررسی اثر تنش شوری ناشی از NaCl بر وزن تر، میزان رنگدانه و فعالیت ایزوزیم های آنتی اکسیدان سوپراکسید دیسموتاز (SOD)، پراکسیداز (POX) و کاتالاز (CAT) در 9 ژنوتیپ لوبیا چیتی در مقایسه با شرایط بدون تنش، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی در شرایط آزمایشگاهی اجرا شد. فاکتور اول شامل آبیاری با دو سطح شوری (صفر و 400 میلی مولار کلرید سدیم) و فاکتور دوم ژنوتیپ های لوبیا چیتی بودند. میزان کارتنوئید در شرایط تنش شوری به طور معنی دار بیشتر از شرایط عادی بود. میزان کلروفیل a و کلروفیل کل در شرایط عادی به مراتب بیشتر از شرایط تنش شوری برآورد شد. شوری سبب کاهش وزن تر گیاهچه های لوبیا چیتی به میزان 24.31 درصد گردید. تجزیه الکتروفورزی با استفاده از ژل پلی آکریل آمید هشت درصد افقی به عمل آمد و ایزوزیم های SOD، POX و CAT در یکی از لایه های ژل رنگ آمیزی شدند. برای هر نوار در روی ژل میزان "مساحت × شدت" به عنوان فعالیت ایزوزیمی با نرم افزار MCID ارزیابی و یادداشت گردید. سه ایزوزیم برای SOD، سه ایزوزیم برای POX، و یک ایزوزیم برای CAT شناسایی شد. فعالیت آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدان در حالت شوری بیشتر از شرایط بدون تنش بود. میزان افزایش SOD1، SOD2 و SOD3 به ترتیب 26.31، 13.89 و 17.64 درصد، POX1، POX2 و POX3 به ترتیب 48.38، 21 و 43.02 درصد و میزان افزایش CAT1 ، 43.85 درصد به دست آمد. افزایش فعالیت آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدان می تواند یکی از مهم ترین راه کارها برای کاهش خسارت ناشی از تنش اکسیداتیو باشد. تفاصيل المقالة

        This paper reports the synthesis of nanostructured copper aluminate powders and their efficient application as a potential photocatalysts for photodegradation of organic dyes. The synthesized nanocomposites powders were characterized by XRD, TEM, DTA-TG analysis and UV-Vis spectroscopy. XRD results showed that pure and single phase copper aluminate was obtained after calcination at 700 °C. The obtained powders had a layered structure and each layer was composed of many nanoparticles which were inter connect to each other. The average particle size of samples calcined at 700 °C was about 26 nm. The photocatalytic activity of the prepared nanocatalysts was investigated via photodegradation of methyl orange under UV light. The band gap energy values of CuAl2O4 calcined at 700 and 900 °C are 1.79 and 1.72 eV, respectively. The results showed that the samples calcined at 700 °C showed the highest activity with 95 % photodegradation efficiency for degradation of methyl orange dye. تفاصيل المقالة

        A proper, atom-economical, straightforward one-pot multicomponent synthetic route for the synthesis of benzopyranophenazines has been presented by the reaction of hydroxynaphthoquinone, o-phenylenediamine, benzaldehydes, and malononitrile with crosslinked sulfonated polyacrylamide (Cross-PAA-SO3H) attached to nano-Fe3O4as an efficient heterogeneous solid acid catalyst under ultrasonic irradiations in ethanol. Experimental simplicity, wide range of products, excellent yields in short reaction times and applying the sonochemical methodology as an efficient method and innocuous means of activation in synthetic chemistry for the preparation of medicinally privileged heterocyclic molecules are some of the important features of this method. The present catalytic procedure is extensible to a wide diversity of substrates for the synthesis of a variety-oriented library of benzopyranophenazines. تفاصيل المقالة
