ملخص المقالة :
وشا (Dorema ammoniacum D. Don.) گیاه دارویی چندساله از خانواده چتریان میباشد. پراکنش وشا در مناطق مرکزی و شرق ایران شامل استانهای یزد، اصفهان، کرمان، سمنان و منطقه خراسان و نامهای محلی آن وشا، کندل و کما-کندل میباشد. در طب سنتی ایران شواهدی از اثرات ضد تشنج و ضد التهاب صمغ ترشح شده از ریشه و ساقه آن بیان شده است. در این تحقیق ریشه، ساقه، برگ، گل و صمغ وشا در بهار سال 1398 از شهرستان بیرجند در استان خراسان جنوبی جمعآوری گردید و پس از خشک شدن نمونهها، اسانس آن به روش تقطیر با آب استخراج گردید. جهت شناسایی ترکیبات اسانس از دستگاههای گاز کروماتوگراف (GC) و گاز کروماتوگراف متصل شده به طیفسنج جرمی (GC/MS) استفاده گردید. بیشترین بازده تولید اسانس برای صمغ گیاه با مقدار 1/0 درصد و کمترین آن برای ریشه با مقدار 0/2 درصد بدست آمد. در طی تجزیه و تحلیل اسانسها، 73 ترکیب در اندامها و صمغ شناسایی گردید. در اسانس ریشه، ساقه، برگ، گل و صمغ وشا بهترتیب 90/2، 96/1، 91/8، 86/1 و 88/6 درصد ترکیبات کل اسانس شناسایی شد. زد-سابینن هیدرات، 2-ای-6-ای فارنزول، الیمیسین و ان-هگزاکوزان به عنوان ترکیبهای مشترک بین تمام اسانسها شناسایی گردید. یکسری ترکیبات بیسابولنی تکحلقهای مانند آلفا-بیسابولول، ضد-آلفا-بیسابولن، بتا-بیسابولن، ار-کورکومن و ار-دی هیدروتورمرون در اندامهای مختلف وشا شناسایی گردید. درصد ترکیبات بیسابولنی شناسایی شده در اسانسهای مختلف وشا به ترتیب 35/5 درصد برای ریشه، 3/4 درصد برای ساقه، 1/4 درصد برای برگ، 14/5 درصد برای گل و 8/5 درصد برای اسانس صمغ میباشد. بیشترین ترکیبات شناسایی شده از اسانس وشا منطقه بیرجند ترکیبات سسکویترپنی بودند.
