اثر پرایمینگ بذر گیاه خرفه (Portulaca oleracea L.) با سالیسیلات در شرایط آلودگی کروم و سرب

به منظور بررسی اثر پرایمینگ بذر خرفه بر میزان پالایش عناصر سنگین کروم و سرب و صفات رشدی خرفه، آزمایشی در دو مرحله آزمایشگاه و مزرعه در سال 1396 انجام شد. طرح آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی به صورت فاکتوریل 3 عامل با 3 تکرار به صورت گلدانی انجام شد. تیمارها شامل بذور پرایم (با غلظت 1 میلی مول اسیدسالیسیلیک) و غیرپرایم، سطوح مختلف کروم (0، 25، 75 و 100 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم) و سرب (0، 50، 150و 300 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم) بودند. نتایج نشان داد سطوح مختلف کروم و سرب تأثیر معنیداری بر خصوصیات مورفوفیزیولوژیکی داشت. با افزایش غلظت فلزات، مقدار صفات وزن تر و خشک اندامهای زمینی و هوایی و درصد عصاره ساختار هوایی، بهطور معنیداری نسبت به شاهد کاهش یافت. بیشترین مقادیر صفات وزن تر و خشک اندامهای زمینی و هوایی و درصد عصاره ساختار هوایی، مربوط به گیاهان پرایم شده بدون آلودگی فلزات سنگین و پایینترین میزان در گیاهان غیرپرایم با بالاترین سطوح آلودگی کروم (100میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم) و سرب (300 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم) بدست آمد. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، پرایمینگ بذر خرفه، تأثیر افزاینده در پالایش عناصر کروم و سرب از خاک داشت.
