تحلیل وابستگی جوامع محلی به گیاهان دارویی و خوراکی در ناحیه عرفی سردشت شهرستان لردگان

ملخص المقالة :
فراورده های گیاهی از دیرباز از نظر خوراکی، دارویی و اقتصادی مورد استفاده بشر بوده است. خانوارهای روستایی بخشی از نیازهای درمانی، خوراکی و معیشتی خود را از طریق بهره برداری از گیاهان مرتفع می کنند. در این مطالعه نوع و میزان برداشت گیاهان دارویی و خوراکی در ناحیه عرفی سردشت شهرستان لردگان در استان چهارمحال وبختیاری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. رویکرد مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، توصیف و تحلیل کمی با بهرهگیری از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته بوده است. در این خصوص از ابزار پرسشنامه با گویههایی که در برگیرنده میزان برداشت، مصرف، فروش و میزان درآمد حاصل از برداشت گیاهان دارویی و خوراکی است، استفاده گردید. نتایج این بررسی نشان داد 21 نوع گونه گیاهی که 7 نوع از آن جهت مصارف دارویی و 14 نوع دیگر برای مصارف خوراکی، مورد استفاده روستائیان این منطقه قرار میگیرد. بر این اساس برداشت سالیانه گیاهان دارویی و خوراکی برابر 50/48 کیلوگرم برای هر خانوار میباشد. که از این مقدار 32/12 کیلوگرم به فروش میرسد و سالانه درآمد 4025881 ریالی برای هر خانوار فراهم میکند. همچنین مطابق نتایج بدست آمده همبستگی معنی داری بین میزان برداشت این گیاهان با شاخصهای اقتصادی- اجتماعی چون سن، تحصیلات، شغل، طایفه، بعد خانوار، وضعیت سکونت، درآمد، هزینه، میزان زراعت و تعداد دام وجود دارد.
