Need to progress is the factors contributing to development and trying to meet these requirements cause which organization will lead to the development. Organizations performance evaluating, is one of the most powerful management tools that we can by that, obtained required information of organization status .In this study, a performance evaluation model based on balanced scorecard (BSC), which consists of four robust (Financial, Customer, Internal Business process, Learning and growth), is used with Analytic Network Process (ANP) and fuzzy logic. In the first stage of performance evaluation, the vision, strategies Mammut Industrial Group and related indicators of every perspectives of Balanced Scorecard are determined. In the second stage, weights of the indicators, perspectives of Balanced Scorecard and strategies are defined in fuzzy format by using the opinion of experts and based on Analytic Network Process. In the third stage, the score is assigned to every indicator based on opinions of experts. Finally the Indexes Prioritizated and performance is evaluated using the computed weights and score of indicators. Model for organization performance evaluating Mammut Industrial Group in 2013 was used and the performances of this unit were calculated and 75 % were evaluated.
