Introduction: Family adverse conditions can be conducive to crime, then the more favorable conditions in the family, mental development, mental and social teenager made possible, is the most important step in preventing crime. Objectives: To study the factors in 18-12 year-old adolescents delinquency trends in juvenile institution is Gorgan city. Methods: This descriptive study - an analysis of cross-sectional, questionnaire study on the technical survey and 58% of all juvenile offenders in the juvenile institution is Gorgan city. Results: The results showed that of the six variables included in the study varied by a factor of 0.454 young family disorganization, juvenile delinquency is the main influence and role. 0.30% of the variance of these variables alone could predict the trend of juvenile delinquency. The survey showed that among the causes of juvenile delinquency trends, there is a significant family.
