بررسی تأثیر هویت سازمانی و فرهنگ سازمانی در بروز رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با ارائه مدل مناسب

ملخص المقالة :
هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر هویت سازمانی و فرهنگ سازمانی بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی بود. جامعه آماری کلیه " مدیران، معاونان، رئیسان و کارشناسان اداره کل آموزش پرورش استان تهران " در سال 1393-1394 به تعداد 500 نفر بودند که بر اساس جدول مورگان و به صورت تصادفی طبقه ای 217 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های استاندارد هویت سازمانی چنی، فرهنگ سازمانی رابینز و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی پودساکف استفاده شد. برای انجام آماره های توصیفی و فراوانی از نرم افزار SPSSو برای انجام تحلیل استنباطی از نرم افزار Smart PLS استفاده گردید. در پژوهش حاضر، ضریب اطمینان 95 درصد در نظر گرفته شده است. یافته ها نشان داد که بین هویت سامانی و فرهنگ سازمانی در بروز رفتار شهروندی سازمانی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. بیشترین تأثیر را هویت سازمانی و فرهنگ سازمانی بر بعد وظیفه شناسی و کمترین تأثیر را بر بعد احترام در رفتار شهروندی سازمانی دارد. حصول مقدار 0.735 برای GOF، نشان دهنده این است که برازش کلی مدل پژوهش فوق، قابل قبول و در یک پیوستار از ضعیف، متوسط تا قوی، در سمت قوی قرار گرفته است.
