تعیین تأثیر شیوههای مدیریت منابع انسانی بر قابلیت یادگیری سازمانی با میانجیگری سرمایه انسانی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تأثیر شیوه های مدیریت منابع انسانی بر قابلیت یادگیری سازمانی از طریق سرمایه انسانی می باشد. به منظور دستیابی به این هدف، 80 نفر از اعضای واحدهای تحقیق و توسعه فعال در شهرک صنعتی طوس و شرکت های مجاور آن در شهر مشهد به عنوان نمونه تصادفی انتخاب شدند و پرسش نامه ها به شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده میان آنها توزیع گردید. سپس داده های جمع آوری شده به کمک نرم افزار آماری PLS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. شاخص های برازش مدل مفهومی تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که این مدل از برازندگی مطلوبی برخوردار است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیات نیز نشان داد که شیوه های مدیریت منابع انسانی (شیوه های گزینش، بهبود و بالندگی و ارزیابی براساس شایستگی) و سرمایه انسانی، بر قابلیت یادگیری سازمانی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند. همچنین، مشخص شد که سرمایۀ انسانی در روابط میان این شیوه ها و قابلیت یادگیری، نقش واسط را ایفا می کند. در انتها نیز با توجه به یافته های تحقیق، پیشنهادهایی ارائه گردید.
