انتخاب استراتژی نگهداری و تعمیرات به منظور بهبود شاخص های ارزیابی قابلیت اطمینان و تعمیرپذیری

ملخص المقالة :
هدف تحقیق حاضرانتخاب استراتژی نت با توجه به تأثیرگذاری نوع استراتژی بر بهبود شاخص های ارزیابی قابلیت اطمینان و تعمیرپذیری در یک شرکت تأمین کننده تجهیزات و ماشین آلات حوزه نفت و گازمیباشد. پژوهش پیش رو بر اساس هدف و نوع گردآوری داده ها، کاربردی و آزمایشی است. داده های تحقیق با بهره مندی از فرم های استاندارد بازدید روزانه، علت و معلول و آنالیز اثرات و حالات خرابی از نه دستگاه تراش طی دو فاز مطالعاتی استخراج شده است. با تأیید نرمال بودن داده ها، فرضیات تحقیق با آزمون فرض میانگین یک جامعه،T زوجی و ضریب همبستگی درون گروهی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در فاز اول، استراتژی نت بهره ور فراگیر و نت مبتنی بر قابلیت اطمینان اجرا شد و در فاز دوم استراتژی نت ترکیبی اجرا گردید. در هر دو مرحله شاخص های میانگین زمان بین خرابی و میانگین زمان تعمیر مورد سنجش و ارزیابی قرار گرفت تا تأثیرات سه استراتژی مقایسه و بهترین استراتژی نت انتخاب شود. نتایج نشان می دهد، استراتژی نت ترکیبی موجب بهبود شاخص های ارزیابی قابلیت اطمینان و تعمیرپذیری و افزایش بهره وری ماشین آلات و تجهیزات می شود.
