پیشران های مؤثر بر موفقیت پیادهسازی سیستمهای برنامهریزی منابع سازمان در صنایع تولیدی

ملخص المقالة :
بسیاری از سازمان های تولیدی منافع حاصل از پیاده سازی سیستم برنامه ریزی منابع سازمان را شناخته اند، با این حال هنوز هم در اتخاذ این سیستم به دلیل هزینه بالا، ابهامات و ریسک تردید دارند. در این پژوهش عوامل مهمی که برای موفقیت آمیز بودن پیاده سازی سیستم برنامه ریزی منابع سازمان در صنایع تولیدی وجود دارد، شناسایی شده و پس از استخراج عوامل مؤثر از تئوری، مدل معادله ساختاری شکل گرفته است. سپس برای اعتبار سنجی مدل و روابط میان متغیرهای مدل، پرسش نامه ای در اختیار کاربران سیستم برنامه ریزی منابع یک سازمان تولیدی بخش خصوصی قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاصل با روش حداقل مربعات جزیی تحلیل شده است و برخی از فرضیه ها تأیید شده اند. این پژوهش، توصیه هایی را برای پیاده سازی موفقیت آمیز سیستم های برنامه ریزی منابع سازمانبر اساس تجزیه و تحلیل ارائه می کند. عوامل موفقیت به مدیران ارشد سازمان های تولیدی برای تصمیم گیری بهتر و بهبود ارزش کسب و کارشان از طریق سیستم برنامه ریزی منابع سازمان مؤثر کمک می کند.
