تأثیر حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات بر رفتارهای ضدبهره وری با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی بیگانگی شغلی در ساختارهای حرفه ای و ماشینی

ملخص المقالة :
تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات و بیگانگی شغلی بر رفتارهای ضد بهره وری در کتابخانه های عمومی و بانک ها انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضرکارکنان کتابخانه های عمومی با نمونه ای معادل132 نفر و کارکنان بانک های مختلف در استان با نمونه ای معادل 400نفر می باشد. روش نمونه گیری، تصادفی ساده بوده و از جدول مورگان برای تعیین حجم نمونه آماری استفاده شده است. روش تحقیق بر مبنای هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی-همبستگی می باشد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها در این تحقیق پرسش نامه می باشد که پایایی آن براساس ضریب آلفای کرنباخ بوده و جهت روایی آن از نظر صاحب نظران استفاده شده است. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و PLS تجزیه وتحلیل شدند. نتایج به دست آمده نشان دهندۀ تأیید مدل تحقیق در کتابخانه های عمومی بوده، یعنی حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات بر بروز رفتارهای ضدبهره وری تأثیرمستقیم نداشته است بلکه این تأثیر ازطریق بیگانگی شغلی توجیه می شود در حالی که در بانک ها هم تأثیرمستقیم و هم تأثیر غیرمستقیم حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات بر بیگانگی شغلی و رفتارهای ضدبهره وری تأیید شد. همچنین داده های تحقیق بیانگر این موضوع بود که تأثیر حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات بر رفتارهای ضدبهره وری در سازمان های ماشینی و سازمان های ارگانیک با هم تفاوت دارند.
