بررسی آثار توسعه انسانی بر بهره وری نیروی کار در کشورهای منتخب OECD

ملخص المقالة :
یکی از مباحث اساسی در زمینه توسعه، میزان بهره گیری درست و منطقی از توانایی ها و استعدادهای نیروی انسانی هر جامعه است. افزایش بهره وری تنها راه توسعه اقتصادی کشورها و موجب ارتقای سطح رفاه زندگی یک ملت می باشد. تحولات معجزه آسای رشد و توسعه اقتصادی در کوتاه مدت در بسیاری از کشورها نتیجه افزایش بهره وری و استفاده بهینه، کارا و اثر بخش آنها از منابع فیزیکی و انسانی آنها بوده است. به همین منظور مطالعه حاضر در تلاش است تاآثار توسعه انسانی بر بهره وری نیروی کار را در 32 کشور منتخب OECD با استفاده از مدل پانل دیتا در بازة زمانی 2009-2002 مورد بررسی قرار دهد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان می دهد که شاخص توسعه انسانی اثر مثبت و معنی داری بر بهره وری نیروی کار در کشورهای مورد مطالعه داشته است. همچنین درجه باز بودن اقتصاد، ارزش افزوده تولیدی، مخارج سلامت و بهداشت و سرمایة فیزیکی اثر مثبت و معنی داری بر بهره وری نیروی کار داشته است.
